- Dunno what these were called in the days of hot lead, but small caps are available
- as part of 'expert' sets for digital fonts. If you want small caps with Times
- Roman, you're pretty much out of luck. You'll need to buy a Type 1 font and its
- matching expert set. Not all fonts have expert sets, but Adobe sells several, at
- their usual excruciating prices, among them several Garamonds, Adobe Caslon, Minion,
- Sabon, etc. Monotype also sells several faces with expert sets, including
- Centaur and Columbus. You'd need to install these in Frame. You'd also need to
- switch to the expert font when you wanted the small caps. I don't think Frame
- would make that convenient. And they often don't look pretty at 300 dpi.
