  13. I'm trying to create a document with endnotes using FrameMaker 3.0 on a  
  14. NeXT.  I cannot figure out how to do it.  Is it possible to get FM3.0 to  
  15. automatically enumerate endnotes in the same way that it handles  
  16. footnotes?  If so, how do I get the program to do this for me
