- Two questions regarding FrameMaker 3.0.1 on a NeXTstation
- mono, 040 25mHz, running NS3.0:
-
- 1) I'm confused -- is this a bug, or just something I'm not
- doing right? I created a document with several paragraph tags,
- saved it, printed it, exited, and shut the machine down. The
- next day I started up the machine, went into FrameMaker, opened
- the document, and found that when I placed the cursor in any
- one of my paragraphs it showed the same paragraph tag name in the
- status bar. Furthermore, while some of the paragraphs look OK
- (i.e. as if they have their correct paragraph tag attributes),
- others show some (but not all) of the attributes of the (now)
- global paragraph tag -- as if some attributes have been "dumped"
- or "lost". What's going on!?!?
-
- 2) I have tried to turn hyphenation off both at the
- Format:Paragraph:Basic Properties menu level and at the
- Format:Paragraph:Advanced Properties menu level.
- It keeps reverting back to "active" even when I apply
- to "Catalog," "Paragraph's Tagged," and "Current."
-
- Any suggestions/solutions would be greatly appreciated!
