  13. They wanted an anonymous post about SSI.  He did not want it
  14. to seem like his company was gloating over the loss of a competitor.

  23.   - "Unable to secure additional funding"
  24.   - "No alternative but to terminate the project"
  25.   - IPO -- "cannot find investment banker willing to offer stock"
  26.   - They are closing the doors, but will continue to pursue all funding
  27.     possibilities. But he says, "after 2-3 weeks, it will be too late to 
  28.     reverse the path we're now embarking on."
