  23. I don't think anyone is making stand-alone boards for sale.  However,
  24. Sun will sell you just the board for an LX or SPARCclassic if you can
  25. get a hold of their "repairs parts" manual.  That's the manual that
  26. lets you order a particular chip, board, screw, wire,
  27. little-metal-flexy-thing, etc.  Ask your saleshorror for a copy.

  29. I doubt TI will be shipping a board, they're in the chip biz from what
  30. I understand.  Mentor did parts of the design, but isn't in the
  31. business of making chips or board.

  33. If you are looking to upgrade an old SPARC 2 or other Sun machine,
  34. check out Sun's new press release about their upgrade policy.  They
  35. will take trade-ins on many different machines and you save money by
  36. re-using your monitor, harddrives, etc.
