- I have serial data I need to get from one site to another. Both sites
- are on Internet (actually coordinate campuses of the same UNIV) and have
- plenty of sun workstations.
-
- Easiest (cheapest) thing that comes to mind is read serial data on the source
- end with one Sun and write it at the other (destination) end with another
- sun. A C program using RPC's may be a good way to do it.
-
- Now my question:
-
- Has anyone else done this??
-
- Would they be willing to "give away" the code??
-
-
-
- Thanks.
