- I can't give you precise numbers. In general, unless your applications
- frequently produce continuous graphics (e.g. real-time animation) X has
- relatively minor network overhead.

- Not all X terminals have local window managers (e.g. my NCD19R doesn't).
- On all the X terminals I've seen that have it, it can be turned off from a
- configuration option.

- server can mount it.
