  12. I am having problems running openwindows on a diskless ELC that boots off of 
  13. an IPX. It says that it cant create /dev/fb. I installed this node (elc) 
  14. manually by editing the bootparams,ethers, creating swap and root manually 
  15. and editing the fstab too. The add_client program didnt work. 
  16. It boots up fine but wont run openwindows (xnews).
