  14. I wonder where openwindows (3.0) places the configuration files of some
  15. of its tools (like binder, cm, ...). In particular I have the following
  16. problem(s):
  17. (1)    I called the binder, created a personal entry for some type of
  18.     file and saved this configuration. Next time I started
  19.     openwindows, the entry was gone. Where does the binder save it's
  20.     configurations?
  21. (2)    When I press the help-key or choose help from the desktop menu
  22.     the following message appears at my console:

  24. helpopen: starting new Viewer
  25. helpviewer: can't find document: handbooks/top.toc.handbookNo such file
  26. or directory
  27. helpviewer: error opening "handbooks/top.toc.handbook"
  28. usage: helpviewer file | view-link
  29. helpopen: Viewer could not display document: handbooks/top.toc.handbook
  30.  
  31.     Where can I find these handbooks?
