- /usr/lib/uucp/Uutry simply runs uucico.
- /usr/lib/uucp/uucio opens the port with NDELAY (given an appropriate
- line in Devices), which is supposed to tell the port to not bother
- waiting for DCD.

- As far as I know, only the Supra is associated with this problem.
- Other modems, including those programmed by /usr/lib/uucp/fix-*,
- leave DCD false until carrier is finally detected, and uucico
- works whether uugetty is on or not.
