  18. Yes: "chmod u+x `tty`".  That's all that "biff y" does.

  20. Of course, if you aren't running a comsat daemon it'll do little good.  I
  21. recall that porting comsat was pretty easy.  Nonetheless, an IRIX 4.0.*
  22. ready version is available for anonymous FTP from jhunix.hcf.jhu.edu in
  23. pub/public_domains_software/SGI.
