  12. We have an Iris 4D/220, and we have a dial and button box.  The latter
  13. worked with the former long ago, before Irix 4.0.  Now we have Irix 4.0.5,
  14. but the box no longer works.  I have seen a posting
  15. suggesting 'look in the toolbox under ...' but we don't have the
  16. toolbox installed.  I'd like to know what entry[s] in what file[s]
  17. are necessary to get this thing working -- I'm guessing it's something
  18. in /etc/{ttytab, inittab}, but I can't find any documentation that
  19. helps.
