  12. I had to rebuild one of our machines from scratch this week, and 
  13. everything is fine but one thing. 
  14.  
  15. I reinstalled a SCSI drive in both the mtab and fstab;
  16.  
  17. fstab and mtab additions were;
  18. /dev/dsk/dks0d4s7   /usr8   efs   rw,raw=/dev/rdsk/dks0d4s7  0  0
  19.  
  20. The drive seems to work fine, but when I launched the SystemChest and ran 
  21. System Manager, Disktools, I got the following warning;
  22.  
  23. "These following entries are invalid or inconsistent:"
  24. "File Sys: /dev/dsk/dks0d4s7  Mount dir: /usr8  File: /etc/mtab"
  25.  
  26. Did I do something wrong with the mtab? Like I said the drive seems to be 
  27. operation just fine. I have looked at data that was there prior to the 
  28. rebuild, moved stuff, etc. and no problems. I didn't get that warning 
  29. before, so I must have screwed something up.
