- My HP95 has an annoying habit of losing the files from every open
- application the first time the low battery warning is displayed. So,
- one day I turn on the 95, and it blinks MAIN BATTERY LOW. I make no
- effort to try to use the thing, instead I immediately replace the
- batteries with a couple more alkaline cells. Then I trun on the power
- and am booted into the startup mode "Press a key for SYSMGR ...". Of
- course, all the open files from 123, phonebook, memo, etc are lost.
- My unit is a fairly recent 512K model - the one that has the ROMs where
- things start up quickly the first time. Any suggestions regarding the
- battery problem ?
