  19. A while ago I timed myself, and concluded that I could type about as fast
  20. as I could write by hand illegibly, and faster than I could write anything
  21. I wanted anyone else to read. That is still substantially slower than I
  22. type on an ordinary keyboard, but it is fast enough for most purposes short
  23. of writing articles on the Psion, which could be done but would be a little
  24. clumsy. And I think I am slowly getting faster.

  26. I use three fingers of each hand (and the thumb for the space bar). It is
  27. not quite touch typing, since I generally look at the keyboard, but it is a
  28. lot faster than hunt and peck.
