  13. Is there any type of command line utility that will tell me if a 
  14. particular file is open? I'd like to be able to have users do a 
  15. backup of a subdirectory. It'd be nice if there was something that
  16. would say whether any of the files in a particular directory were
  17. open and if they are, the username.
