  31. The FINDER does have a bug in it.  It cannot properly address volumes over 2Gigs.  You should have the same trouble with both 6.x and 7.x OS since this
  32. GET_VOL_PARAM problem has been around since 6.x.  My guess is there is something
  33. else going on here.  But the bottom line is you should not use volumes larger
  34. than 2 Gig. if Macintoshes are to mount and write to that volume.  I personally
  35. wouldn't use sizes greater than 1.3 Gig. as I have seen troubles on (AFP) vol-
  36. umes of that size too.
