- We are running 3.11 and NW4M on a 486/66. The SYS volume is a 320MB
- MAXSTOR which is mirrored, controlled by a DCB. VOL1 is physically
- four 1GB Micropolis drives, arranged as a 2GB spanned volume, duplexed
- through Compaq and Adaptec controllers. We are having continuing
- trouble with large files becoming corrupted.
-
- My questions:
- Is it valid to duplex spanned volumes?
- Is anyone else actually _doing_ this?
- Is anyone having problems with the:
- Compaq integrated controller in a Prosignia?
- Micropolis 2112-15MQ drives?
- Adaptec 1742 controllers?
-
- My thanks in advance for any pointers.
