- This is trivial. I had Netware servers that handled 100 stations in
- the days of 286 servers and Netware 2.x.

- The 486 server that you are discussing can easily handle 250 users *if*
- you put the proper peripherals into it. The most important things
- to look at in the server are Network Adapters and disk systemts. Get
- very fast, preferably EISA, controllers. If your users will be banging
- the network hard (e.g., heavy database access) you may want to subnet
- by putting 2 or more NICs in the server. Get fast disks, and make sure
- that you have enough RAM (use the worksheet in the installation guide
- to find out the minimum, and then add some above that).
