- We have a Novell Server that doesn't keep time very well. It loses about
- half an hour per month which annoys the users. We haven't been able to work
- out how to speedup the hardware clock so we have been manually setting the
- clock every week (SET TIME).
-
- Does anyone know of any software that would allow us to set the server time
- from another NOVELL server on a regular basis?
-
- I know that CHARON will let you set the server time from a TCP/IP time
- server but it only supports time zones that have an integral hour offset
- from GMT. South Australia is 9.5 hours ahead of GMT and so CHARON is of no
- use.
-
- Please reply by EMAIL as our news feed has been very sporadic of late.
-
- Thanks
