- Hi,
-
- I cannot say too much about products that have not yet been released. But I
- can say that what you are asking for (AppleShare v3.0 support) is certainly
- within the relm of possibility. However, specific implementations are subject
- to the designing engineer's judgement concerning which feature are supported.
- How's that for a fluffy answer? I do not mean to belittle your question, but I
- really cannot say much about this. Feel free to read as much or as little into
- the above statement.
-
- However, might I suggest that you can assign GROUPS as TRUSTEES to any file or
- folder on the NetWare server. This really makes your work easier because there
- is really no reason to have GROUP OWNERSHIP on the NetWare volume. Just assign
- the GROUP as a TRUSTEE to the file and give that group all rights to the file.
- Then all members of the group will be able to do as they please with the file.
-
- I hope this helps...
