  21. There is a (commandline) program under the GNU license called recode-3.2.4 that
  22. allows you to recode between various (ascii) encodings. It should be on most
  23. ftp-servers.  I wrote a small patch to also allow recoding of NeXTSTEP
  24. encoding. I put it on our anonymous ftp-server (ftp.cs.tu-berli.de
  25. filename incoming/recode-3.2.4-3.2.5beta.patch ). I also mailed
  26. my changes to the author so maybe they will be included in the next
  27. release.
