- I have horrible problems with the V8 broker daemons (local/global)
- running on the Sun platform. They range from llbd's dying on
- individual machines for no apparent reason to corrupted glbd databases
- every time a server reboots or bad entries from other machines
- on campus using the daemons for other software.
-
- Does anyone else experience these problems or am I just subjected to
- some localized nightmare? As of yet, I can't think of a way to blame
- this on the failed Clinton administration so I could apply for federal
- assistance. Does anyone have experiences running these daemons on
- networked Sun workstations that might help solve the problem? I would
- be willing to post a summary of any mail messages recieved.
-
- Thanks
