- Just to add to the chorus:

- Mine has the same sort of symptoms, PLUS the additional feature of
- providing a "Bus Error" notification from time to time. The latter is
- accompanied by the one-choice option to restart. I *think* that my
- SUM Shield is being activated, since when I click in the "restart" button,
- the disks all whir for awhile. This all while running 7.01 without
- tuneup or 7.1 [which won't accept my CD-ROM driver. sigh....]
