  17. Retrospect works quite well with the Viper drive, but you need 
  18. to have a particular version of firmware or later. Archive Corp. 
  19. recently fixed a bug in the Viper drive and released firmware 
  20. version -013 which fixed their problem. To successfully use the 
  21. Viper with Retrospect, you would need to get that drive's firmware 
  22. updated to -013.

  24. With that firmware, Retrospect works quite well with that drive.
