- SIMPLE CORRECT USER METHOD TO SWAP SYSTEM:
-
- Step one place the active finder file in any folder (not the root in case
- of crash) momentarily and CLOSE the current system folder
-
- Step Two, open the new desired system folder.
-
- Step three SELECT EITHER THE SYSTEM FILE OF THE FINDER FILE AND *WIGGLE*
- THE ICON A FEW PIXELS
-
- Step four close the desired new system folder. You should see that it has
- become immediately blessed.
-
- Step Five plase the original Finder where it was a momnet ago (in the
- current system file)
-
- Step six REBOOT.
-
-
- Simple and straightforward. Or partition your harddisk and use SCSI
- utilities such as FWB Hard Disk ToolKit or SCSI Director to select boot
- volume.
