- Help help... My intermitant problem with Quadras on a network has reared its
- ugly head. Here are the symptoms:
-
- TeachText 7.0.1 crashes with a type 1 error.
- Mathematica 2.0e crashes with a type 3 error.
-
- This was not happening two days ago.
- I ran disinfectant 2.9 on the disk and found that it thinks the Mathematica RSC
- fork is damaged or special or something.
-
- Last time I fixed this problem by reinstalling TeachText and turning all the
- inits off and back on. I don't know why this worked. It doesn't work now.
-
- My boss thinks it is because the machine is on the Network. His solution is to
- make it a stand alone machine. I don't sense the MacTCP Network and shared
- volumes is the source of this trouble. I sense a Quadra PROBLEM and would like
- to solve it and know why the trouble is happening. Please oh Please could some
- enlightened people clue me in.

- End of line.
