- Summary: Can't convert DOS-floppys, if CD 150 an foreign file access is installed
- Keywords: CD-ROM MS-DOS CD-150 DOS FLOPPY
-
- If CD-150 with CD foreign file access is installed, my MAC LC II is
- no longer able to convert DOS discs using 'Convert Files'
- ('Datein konvertieren').
-
- If 'Foreign file access' is in folder 'system extension', my Mac
- conpletely hangs after inserting a DOS disc. While hanging, the
- head of the internal floppy-drive is racing over the disc surface.
- Reset is not possible.
-
- Everithing is ok after removing 'Foreign File access' from folder
- 'system extension'.
-
-
- System configuration:
- Mac LC II
- 6 MB RAM
- 12'' bw monitor
- 40 MB harddisc
- HDFD internal floppy
-
- CD 150
-
- System 7.0.1 with System 7 Tune-Up
-
-
- Hope that this info will help.
-
- If someone knows about that problem, I would like to
- get an explanation.
-
- Thanks in advance.
