- For disks and folders, the "Has custom icon" bit on the disk/folder's
- Finder info is set, but as you've found out, the icon isn't anywhere in the
- disk/folder's data itself. Instead, an invisible "Icon<carriage return>" file
- is created inside the folder (or in the root directory of a disk), a resource
- file which has the icons stored under the usual resource IDs. (They're
- easy to spot; they're the only resources in the file. :) )
