- DiskTools is no longer able to launch most applications.
- If you find yourself needing to boot off a floppy with
- System 7.1, you will need to do a minimal install first.
- Then you can use that system (about 820k) on HD floppy.

- MacTools CP DiskFix, disk formatting, and many other
- applications will otherwise give an error, usually "-108"
- (not enough memory oddly enough) when launched.

- Apple says that DiskTools is not meant to be used except to
- run Disk First Aid and HD SC Setup. It is a crippled system.
