- You can pretty much bet that the LC-III will require System 7.1. System 7.1 has
- what Apple calls enablers. This means that whenever they release a new compute
- r, all the user has to do is to put an extension into the system folder and the
- System will recognize what computer they have. System 7.0.1 does not have this
- capability. So when the new computers (LC-III, Quadra 800, etc.) come out, the
- y will each come with their own enabler. Now the question is-maybe we can use S
- ystem 7.0.1 and the enabler. Somehow I doubt this. I don't know if System 7.0 w
- ill recognize enablers.
