- There is probably a shareware utility that will lock the bolume name without
- write protecting it but i have a way you can do it without a utility. There is
- a bug in sys7 using AppleShare. If a sys6 users is allowed to share a sys7
- volume, you can no longer change the name of the volume being shared. That's
- what you're after. Now to be able to change the name later, get the very small
- utility called Unlock Folder. It allows you to change the name of a sys7 volume
- that has been shared to a sys6 user. Hope this works for you. Good Luck.
