  20. Someone where I work had the same problem.  If I remember correctly,
  21. we finally fixed it by holding down the mouse key during a reboot, 
  22. which convinced the Mac to display some sort of Radius control panel.
  23. From there, you can make the appropriate selection to kill the giant 
  24. arrows.  A most bizarre problem, and a fairly brain-dead way of getting 
  25. to the settings, but it works.
