  11. Could someone please explain to me how you draw directly onto the
  12. desktop? I have a utility application that will need to draw a bar graph
  13. directly onto the desktop, then erase it when the user is finished. I do
  14. NOT want to open a window for this, as it is a system INIT/CDEV.
