- Hi Folks,
- Does anyone can tell me why is only one version of Sound Tracker exist
- for Mac ?
- I know that on PCs exist about 40 sound track's players. Mac has a very
- cool hardware:
- STEREO and etc..
- I never seen any editors of .mod files. I'm plan to write .mod editor for
- Mac.
- Not now, becuase I'm working on another project, called Molecular
- Designer.
- And I think it's time to make instruments in STEREO! As I know Frank
- didn't use
- real stereo: he used pseudo stereo, two channels / channel.
- Like:
- [Left] -------\ 1-2 Channels
-
- [Right] -------/ 3-4 Channels
-
- I suppose another idea:
-
- [Left] -------\ 1-2(louder) 3-4(quitly)
-
- [Right] -------/ 3-4(louder) 1-2(quitly)
-
- Here, we have four channels for Left speaker and four channels for Right
- speaker.
- I tried it and it works much better than in Frank's player.
- If anyone already doing any .mod players, contact me!
