  13. Does anyone know what the upgrade policy for THINK Reference 2.0 is?  If I
  14. buy a copy of THINK Ref 1.0 now, is the upgrade to 2.0 free?  What do I have
  15. to do to get the upgrade?  What does the upgrade consist of (is it a whole
  16. new package or do I just get a new set of disks?)  And finally, how long does
  17. it take to process the upgrade?  Thanks in advance...
