  11. article in develop #9 doesn't say, the Process Manager chapter in
  12. IM6 says almost nothing, and the NM chapter doesn't say one way
  13. or the other. At a guess, I would say that they can (given that
  14. things like VBL tasks can use it). Anybody out there know??
