  11. We've had problems with ETO #9 as well.

  13. When we first received it, we'd either get read errors or hang whenever we
  14. accessed it...A phone call to APDA brought us a replacement within a few days,
  15. but it has the same problems.

  17. Someone please tell me that ETO 10 won't have the same troubles...
