- I'll second what Dave said. We got paper documentation to everything else
- included in ETO, evn if we didn't get all of it in a timely manner. When
- MacApp 3 came out on ETO, we got complete PAPER copies of all the documentation
- for it that was available at that time. I think everyone would concede that
- the tutorial and the Programmer's Guide are NOT complete and by themselves
- don't come anywhere near close to providing us with the information we need to
- program with MacApp. The 411 documentation is okay, but it's hard to use, and
- it's not paper.

- I think all ETO subscribers should get the MacApp Reference, and I think that
- should be made retroactive to whenever it was actually released (rather than
- just to current ETO subscribers).
