  19. For all you trivia buffs (and Mr. Granqvist), the first version of the
  20. System software was not 1.0. It was, I believe, 0.98b1.

  22. And if you find it, let us all know. I'd be interested in it as a
  23. collector's item. Try looking on some 128K Macs.

  25. BTW, is anyone interested in making available some of the real oldies
  26. but goodies?? I have a copy of MS Word 1.0 and 1.05, as well as a copy
  27. of Excel 1.00. I'm pretty sure that getting around the
  28. thou-shalt-not-post-commercial-software rule would be a piece of cake,
  29. since I doubt very much that companies like Microsoft and Claris would
  30. withhold the rights to these old version of software.

  32. I notice that DOS archive sites have a place for this kind of software,
  33. why not us Mac folk??
