  14. Actually your formula sounds pretty good. Printing colour TIFF
  15. scans at 150 lpi should do it. Most offset presses can't handle
  16. anything higher than 150 although I've heard of some that can
  17. handle 200 lpi. Scanning higher than 300 dpi will only increase
  18. the file size and slow down the Lino with little or no gain in
  19. output quality.
