- I am trying to figure out a way to get EasyKeys to start-up something
- other than the actual application I am using. When I use my version of
- MacKermit, I start it up (i.e. what's under the Apple Menu) byu double-
- clicking on the settings file. This starts up MacKermit with my
- personalized settings already loaded up, so I don't have to do it
- myself each time. However, I can't get EasyKeys to allow me to assign
- a key-combination to start up that settings file, only to start up the
- actual application, which then forces me to load my settings myself
- each time :-(. I have tried changing the setting file type to APPL,
- setting up EasyKeys, then changing the file type back, but that doesn't
- work.

- If anyone has any ideas on that, please e-mail
- scs8@cunixb.cc.columbia.edu or post if you think other people care.
-
- Thanks,
