  24. My guess would be to go ahead and take delivery.  There will always be a 
  25. "better" machine coming soon, and if you wait for the better machine you will
  26. always be waiting.

  31. No and NO.  I think the vx needs 7.1 and 7.0.x won't run on it.  For most US
  32. users the upgrade to 7.1 is little more than a bug fix.
