  20. I did this by cheating a little bit.  I had a program that let the Mac screen
  21. look like a Next machine.  I think the expanded folder name was NextPict.
  22. There were several inits, one was called Wdef.  This init allowed whatever
  23. was the StartUpScreen to remain showing and become you background.  I think
  24. that I got this from the umich site but I am not sure.  I could check if
  25. anybody interested.
