  23. I didn't see the original question, but if you are looking for unattended
  24. power up/power down, then PowerKey and PowerKey remote does what you want.  It
  25. is only available for North America power (120VAC/60Hz) and they have no plans
  26. to add functionality for other power systems (I work in an engineering center
  27. that recommends this kind of thing worldwide to our field organization - if
  28. you discover something similar that works outside North America, I'd
  29. appreciate being informed of it).  PowerKey consists of a "power-strip" type
  30. thing with 4 AC outlets and an ADB connector.  When you push the mac's power
  31. on key, everything on this strip is activated.  It also has a builtin line
  32. conditioner/spike filter.  It comes with software (QuicKeys2 Lite) to let you
  33. schedule the startup/shutdown stuff (that's right, you can schedule a
  34. startup!).  If you add PowerKey Remote, you get the capability to startup your
  35. mac with an incoming phone call.  I have more info if you want it.
