- I'm planning to transfer a considerable amount of data (several MBs)
- from an FTP archive to a Mac. Since no modem is available the actual
- transfer must be done via MS-DOS disks.
- Is there any UNIX (or perhaps MS-Dos) program available that allows building
- an archive for multiple files and then split up this archive into several
- files that fit on a disk each? Of course I would need a program that exactly
- reverses this process on the Mac once the files have been transferred there.
-
- Any suggestion anyone? Or am I asking too much?
-
- Thanks!
