  31. I found my spec sheet for the SW II:

  33. 360 dpi in best and normal modes
  34. 180 dpi in draft mode
  35. Grayscale printing with GrayShare(tm) software
  36. Prints 1 ppm in Best mode
  37. Prints 2 ppm in Normal and Draft mode
  38. Holds 100 sheets of paper or 15 envelopes in the multi-purpose tray
