  31. MacSLIP is an option.  However, it doesn't present its own icon from
  32. within MacTCP.  It is an entirely separate control panel.  It can
  33. probably determine its IP address using the "set" and the "ipfind"
  34. commands from within a script.  (I haven't tried these commands because
  35. we're using hard IP numbers right now.)

  37. I've been using v1.01 for a couple weeks, and I've been pretty happy
  38. with it.  I purchased it for $25 through a university site license, but
  39. I think it's about $50 or so retail.
