  19. A lot of credit card companies will reimburse you the difference in
  20. price if you see something you bought on their card at a lower price
  21. during a certain period of time after the purchase.  If you go into
  22. your local one-horse-town computer store and plunk down $2899 on your
  23. Visa card for a nice new IIsi 3/40, you may be able (depending on the
  24. card issuer) to get a refund just by showing them J&R's big ad on the
  25. back of the science section of Tuesday's NY Times.  I know that
  26. Chemical Bank does this.
