- Netlanders,
-
- Which of the full page displays delivers the clearest text for long hours of
- reading at the terminal ?
-
- I have heard that black and white is more focused than color screens, but
- does this apply to greyscale as well ? Don't all the monochrome monitors
- have the ability to represent greyscale ? Is than an advantage to a
- black and white display over a greyscale or color display in 1-bit mode ?
-
- The Apple portrait fared poorly in a recent review in MacWorld, but
- was the best in an even older rating by MacUser. Should I really
- pay $700+ for an Apple ?
-
- I already have a Mac Color Display and am adding a Full Page for a dual
- monitor arrangement. I don't need greyscale, but do any of the b &w
- displays measure up ?
-
- Thanks much,
-
- Jim
